Even though I haven't been a “teenager” for several years now, I still feel quite young at heart and remember those years like they were yesterday. My experience with money in high school was a single class that (among things) barely touched on money and finance. It taught me how to write a check though…(do people still do that?)

Managing my money was a wild ride - basically making things up as I went along. Not the smartest thing to do. I listened to all the fake hype about credit cards being bad and totally missed out on using one to build up my credit (rude awakening when I tried to get my first car). So I’m here to help you learn how to avoid the mistakes and embrace the smart stuff. It isn’t hard but I wish I had someone to help when I was your age!
