About Dane County Credit Union
Dane County Credit Union strives to offer banking services for residents and employees of Madison, WI and surrounding counties designed to improve the economic and social well being of all members from all socio-economic backgrounds, including our low and moderate income members, and return financial value to all those who participate in our member-owned financial cooperative.
We are committed to our credit union philosophy of “Building lifetime relationships through personalized financial service” and our brand summary “A local neighborhood Madison credit union that stands for you, and specializes in delivering personalized quality service while doing what’s right for you.”
Everyone living or working in or near Madison, WI, including the following counties: Dane, Columbia, Dodge, Jefferson, Rock, Green, Iowa, and Sauk, is welcome to join our Madison credit union.
Dane County Credit Union is one of Madison’s largest locally-owned financial institutions. With over $150 million in assets and 16,000 members, DCCU is a not-for-profit credit union wholly owned and operated by its members. Unlike most big banks, DCCU does not issue stock or pay dividends to outside stockholders. Instead, earnings are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher dividends on deposits or lower fees.
We Stand for our Credit Union Members
